Refund and Returns Policy
We sell brand new, open box, and used products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
An uncut, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all claims including DOA (Dead on Arrival), damage in transit, wrong product, or missing accessories. The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the outer packaging is first opened, showing all sides of the package and the product clearly. Failure to provide this video will void any claim for return, replacement, or refund.
Return Window
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only for:
- Wrong product sent
- Damaged in transit (requires unboxing video)
- Dead on arrival (DOA) / Defective product
- Missing accessories (requires unboxing video)
Non-Returnable Items
- Change of mind, wrong selection, or no longer needed
- Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
- Products with tampered, broken, or missing seals and no technical fault
- Products with missing serial numbers or tampered stickers
- Physical damage, liquid damage, burnt components, or cracked PCBs
- Open box or used products sold as-is with disclosed condition (unless the issue was not disclosed)
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@thepcpart.com or call 9974011766 within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, issue description, and uncut unboxing video
- We will verify the claim and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the item to the address provided
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product. If a product is claimed to be faulty but is found to be fully functional upon inspection, no refund will be issued and the customer must bear two-way shipping charges to receive the product back.
Refund Deductions
- Payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- If the product is returned in less than original condition, a restocking fee may apply
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a 7% deduction of the order value (covers payment gateway fees, packaging, and processing costs)
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled
- Pre-order items may have separate cancellation terms
Warranty
Products come with manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page. Physical damage, liquid damage, burnt components, unauthorised modifications, and tampered seals void the warranty. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for assistance.
